We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while protecting our team’s efforts and scheduling commitments. Below is our refund policy for all rentals, experiences, and services.

我們理解計劃可能會改變，因此我們會盡可能公平地處理同時保障我們的時間與資源安排。以下為我們的取消與退款政策：

📆 取消政策

  • ✅ Cancellations made 31 days or more before the booking date
    　Full refund of the payment minus a ¥50,000 administrative fee.
    　全額退款，僅扣除 ¥50,000 行政手續費。

  • ⚠️ Cancellations within 31 days of the booking date
    　50% of the total paid amount will be forfeited.
    　將扣除已付款項的 50%。

  • ❗ Special Circumstances (medical, family emergencies, etc.)
    　Refunds may be granted at our discretion. If approved, a ¥20,000 administrative and bank handling fee will be deducted.
    　如遇特殊情況（醫療、家庭緊急等），退款將由我們酌情決定。若批准退款，將扣除 ¥20,000 行政與銀行手續費。

  • ⛔ Drift Schools, Tours & Group Events
    　EN: Due to the logistical complexity and pre-booked resources, payments for drift schools and group tours are non-refundable.
    　ZH（繁體）: 教學、團體活動等因需預訂場地與資源，付款後恕不退款。

📌 Additional Notes

📌 補充說明

  • 🔄 Date Change Option: You may change your booking date once free of charge. Additional changes will incur a ¥10,000 processing fee per change.
    更改預約日期可享一次免費機會，其後每次更改需支付 ¥10,000 手續費。

  • 💳 Refund Processing Time: Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 21 business days of cancellation confirmation.
    如符合退款條件，款項將於取消確認後 21 個工作日內處理。

  • 🛠️ No-Show or Late Arrival: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date/time without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation without refund.
    預約當日無故缺席或遲到超過合理範圍將視作取消，不予退款。
