📄 Terms of Service: Deposit Policy & Rental Terms

💴 Damage Deposit Policy｜車輛損壞押金政策

To protect both the renter and our vehicles, a damage deposit is required before any rental begins.

  • 200,000 JPY for low-risk tracks/events
  • 300,000 JPY for high-risk tracks/events
  • Tandem driving deposits are separate—please enquire.
  • Any damage exceeding the deposit is the renter’s responsibility.

為保障租客及我們的車輛，租用前需繳交損壞按金。

  • 低風險賽道／活動：200,000 日圓
  • 高風險賽道／活動：300,000 日圓
  • Tandem 飄移需另繳按金 — 歡迎查詢詳情。
  • 如發生損壞且金額超出押金，租客需依市價與人工費用承擔修復費用。

Clutch Kick Use｜離合器踢技使用限制

  • ✅ Clutch kick at initiation is allowed
  • ❌ Repeated clutch kicks (2+ in a row) or incorrect-speed use is prohibited
    💡 Reason: It can cause excessive drivetrain wear and lead to failure.

✅ 起飄可使用 Clutch Kick
❌ 禁止連續（2次以上）或錯誤速度使用
💡 原因：頻繁使用會對傳動系統造成高負荷，容易故障。

Tandem Driving｜追走限制

  • Not allowed unless tandem deposit is paid.
  • 未預先付追走押金者不可追走。

👥 Car Sharing｜多人共用車輛

  • Up to 3 drivers may share one car
  • Each additional driver: +10,000 JPY
  • Example: 3 people = car rental + 30,000 JPY

最多 3 人可共用一台車
每位額外駕駛者加收 10,000 日圓
例如：3人共租 = 車輛費 + 30,000 日圓

📍 Regional Service Terms｜地區支援政策

Kanto (Tokyo to Ebisu) – Full in-house support included
Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto) – Same rental price; transport/support fees paid to partner

關東（東京至 Ebisu）– 包含完整支援
關西（大阪、京都）– 價格相同，運輸與支援需另付給當地合作夥伴

Extra Gas

  • Fuel Top-up: Charged based on usage

Extra Drift Tires (Ready to Use)

  • 2 new tires (includes recycling fee & rims) – 20,000 – 25,000JPY

  • 2條全新輪胎（含回收費 & 輪框） – 20,000日圓  – 25,000日圓

❗ Track Entry Fees｜賽道入場費

Track/event entry fees are not included and must be paid by the driver directly.

  • Range: 10,000–20,000 JPY/day
  • 視場地收費約 10,000–20,000 日圓／天

⚠️ Track Availability Disclaimer｜賽道變動聲明

We do our best to confirm open track days in advance, but private bookings can close a track last-minute.

If this happens:

  • We'll provide a nearby track alternative or
  • One extra free date change (total of 2)

我們會盡力確認場地，但日本賽道營運彈性高，若突發包場：

  • 我們會安排其他場地替代 或
  • 提供第二次免費改期機會（共可享 2 次）
